Security updates

I am also unable to get 811493 installed. I did a clean
installation of XP Pro onto a previously blank hard
drive, and all other patches, including SP1, have
installed fine. However whenever I scan for updates it
claims 811493 still needs to be installed. I've
apparently 'installed' it 5 times now...
