Has anybody been getting this "Blue Screen" error? It been happening for
about three months now and Microsoft Online Support hasn't been able to
figure it out.

Can you give me the full error you see on the screen, including any numbers?
What OS is this? Does it occur at boot or while you're in Windows?
The only known issue I see is with Win2000 and SoundBlaster Live software
but the error could certianly be caused by some other incompatibility.

The numbers that it gives are all zeros.
I'm running WinXP Home.
Just got finished doing 3 days in 'Safe Mode' and had that same error happen
while checking what application would run and which had errors. After
reboot, I ran the application I had started when it crashed, it ran.
Wouldn't play, something to do with "safe mode's" inability to use the sound
card. Tech support just got a full listing of applications that had problems
in "Safe Mode" as well as the Minidump following the crash while in 'Safe
Mode'.
P.S. Going into "Safe Mode" as tech support's idea.
