My computer starts and i select start windows normally(all
the other options follow what Im about to say) after this
the computer starts to load then goes to a blue screen for
about one second. i took a picture of the screen and it
says that a file is corrupted and its beginning a physical
memory dump. after this it restarts and goes back to the
begining. I used my XP disk to try and repair my comp but
it wants a Auto Repair Disk that i dont have what kan i
do? ??????? please help me

Mine was doing the same thing, then it wouldn't boot at all. It happened
after downloading/installing a "hotfix" from Microsoft. I had to install
Win2k Pro to save my files and eventially had to do a clean install of WinXP
Home.

Now I get a "trap_cause_unknown" which I'm still working on.

If you get it to boot start saving your files, 'cause it may become
unbootable.
