deleting mp3 files

I have an incomplete mp3 file that Iam unable to delete.
The error message states that it is being used by another
program or person which is not the case. I have closed all
applications except critical ones and I'm the only user on
this machine.

or log on as the administrator
depending on where you got the mp3 it may not be one in
fact run deep scan with your antivirus and adaware it may
be something else use msconfig.exe to see what else is
running in services as well
