I have 2 XP's on my c: drive. how to remove 1 of them?

Hi. I have installed 2 windows XP proffessional on my c:
drive. Now non of them work properly e.g. neither of them
can detect my sound card. I have been trying to get help
from many sources but nobody seems to know how to. Can
you please help me if you can. Thanks.

This is a good enough reason for a full format and a clean install of
Windows XP.
