You can't. Image the drive to a file on the HDD and then copy that file to
CD using whatever burning software you want.

You can use the "holding" folder XP uses to store files destined to be
burned to CD as the destination for the backup file. Naturally, after you do
this XP will show the balloon prompting to burn the files to CD. The folder
is %homepath%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning.
