If you make changes to any of the settings of scheduled
tasks without setting a password the tasks won't run. No
message, error or anything. Open each of your tasks and
use Set Password to set the password XP uses to start.
If there is no password, XP will start but scheduled
tasks may not work. If you need to set a password but
don't want to have to login each time you start XP you
should download TweakUI at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys
..asp and use the Auto login setting.
TweakUI is a good utility to have in any case.
