I've experience several times, with several different
programs that when trying to open a new program/window it
opens minimized, even when I've marked on the programs
allways to open maximized. It opens and is blinking
orange on the task bar. If the task bar has autohide on
it, and I open a new window, the task bar appears with
this new window bliking on the task bar. The current
window is still in the program I was in when I tried to
open a new window.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern in when it does
this, or maybe I just can't see it.
Has anyone had this happening and what can I do.
