I downloaded sp2 in the form of WXP-SP2 Self-Extracting cabinet; so how do
I find
xpsp2.exe?

The file below is 266mb.. Is this what you have for the slipstream?
WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU

Use the link provided in the previous post, to get the file (if you don't
already have it) select Download and Deploy Service Pack 2 to Multiple
Computers..
