Who are the Webmasters/Mistresses to notify?

I not a computer genious about a lot of stuff people talk
about. I posted a Script Error question and got a answer
to send to them who ever these people are, does someone
know who they are and how to send to notify them.
Please advise !!

They are the people who put together the web page you are looking at.
You should e-mail the technical support people for the company you are
trying to look at.
