Michael-I didn't realize my husband's laptop only had Win
ME installed. What I did was go into Accessories and
System Tools and then DISKSCAN. It did not turn up any
viruses or problems. I hope that was the FULL SYSTEM
SCAN it asked me to do. (It took several hours...)
