Recently I did quite a bit of defragmenting, as I was
running really slow, even for offline games and software
programs, like greeting card program. I remember deleting
a lot of programs I didn't recognize by file name. Now
all the classic "board games" like Solitaire, Spider
Solitaire,Free Cell, Hearts, and a few others are no
longer present when I click on Games. Clasic Solitaire
was also present as a desktop icon. The Games folder just
shows "Empty". Can I easily reinstall all of those games,
or am I better off trying to clean up some things first?
I'm old-fashioned about playing games that aren't video
arcade typend those that make noise aren't really for me.
Can anyone help on this?

Open Control Panel/Add or Remove programs. Click the Add/Remove Windows
Components icon on the left side. Select the Accessories and Utilities item
and click the Details button. Select the Games item and make there is a
check mark there. Click OK. Click Next and the Games will be reinstalled.
