Outlook Express questions

I have recently set up my new computer. On my old one, the
older version of Outlook Express, the font on the
Inbox/Drafts/Sent/etc page, was larger than on my new
system. I can set up larger font for my messages, but how
can I get larger font on this main front page?

Also, my old Outlook Express had a voice command telling me
"You've got mail". How can I get this on this new version?
