I am running XP Home edition, and MSN Messenger 7.0. I usually hibernate
when turning the computer off. But sometimes (NOT always), when I reboot,
Messenger is gone, and I can do nothing to get it. There is just no action
there. My icons are there, but it's almost as if the mouse isn't working
when I click on them. If I then do a "shutdown/restart", it comes back.
Does this happen to anyone else?
