I am hopping someone will give me some insight into a
snafu that I am experiencing. While doing a virus scan
on a computerwith Mcafee, the program gets hung up one
file. The file is 253 kb

The file is a hidden file off the recycle bin
recycled\dd49archive\fs54.cab

When I do a search I find it is called a winrar file. Is
it normal to have sub directories off the recylced bin???

When I empty the recycled bin these files remain. How
does or should an attempt be made to get rid of these
folders/ files??????

The only reason I know these files exist is because I did
a search only for hidden files and found all these files
off the recycle bin.

Any and all thoughts , opinions , suggestions will be
most greatfully accepted

Thanks in Advance
Laurie

If you deleted a folder, the entire directory structure would be in
the Recycle Bin. That is normal. You can only delete visible files
from the Recycle Bin. Turn on the switch to show hidden files and
then clean the Recycle Bin.
