You mean you're getting that error with 1 Button Checkup
or WinDoctor? I get it too and I don't even
have "DotNetInstaller" installed. I know it's a Windows
Update, a BIG one, and since I don't need it I won't
waste my time.
Run WinDoctor and when the error comes up click Ignore.
