When using fast user switching in XP, my Visioneer 9020
USB scanner shows that it is not connected and XP will
hang when trying to log off. Then I have to completely
uninstall the scanner and associated software, and then
reinstall to get it back. This doesn't seem to be a
problem when only one user is logged on at a time.
However, I really enjoy fast user switching and would
like to use it without my scanner crashing. I have the
latest scanner driver installed and the scanner
advertises being "designed for Windows XP".
