I believe this is a usb connected keyboard? If so,I would
do a un-install from the computer, then unplug it, turn
computer off, reboot and once back on and in windows,
plug it back in usb port and let windows install the
drivers for you,dont put the driver disk in from the
keyboard manufacturer. You might have to try all usb
ports to get it to install properlly....Good luck
