Microsoft 2001 keeps turning off.

I am useing Windows XP home addition. When I try to make
a flyer, and scan a picture onto it, the picture comes
up. I then drag the picture onto my flyer and a notice
comes up saying " Microsoft is having a problem and must
close". Any ideas on how I might fix this?

Are you trying to say you are having a probem with Microsoft Works 2001?
