My sister is having a problem with her comp. Everytime
she starts it up the windows logo appears as if booting
and then the BSOD appears for less than a second and then
the comp. restarts and goes through the process again. I
have caught a glimpse of the BSOD error and it says
Registry Error and an error code as 0x00000001. I have
tried booting it in SAFE mode and Last Good Known Confg,
but neither of those work, the comp gives the BSOD with
the same error. Thought about using the recovery disks,
but her comp. is a new HP and doesn't come with recovery
cd's. All the recovery info is on the hard drive. I
don't know why they would put your recovery stuff on a
hard drive, but I guess they have their reasons. If
anyone knows how I could fix this problem I would really
appreciate the help.
Thanks,
