It's in selective start because some things have been
disabled with msconfig.
From the Run... box type msconfig and look under Startup
and Services. At the bottom of each list will be the
disables items. There probably shouldn't be any under
Services but look there anyway.
See what's been disabled. It's normally OK do disable
some Startup items if you don't want them to run. But
disabling Services with msconfig is usually for
troubleshooting.
If this was my PC I'd make a note of anything that's
disabled, enable it or them and see how it runs. If
something is flakey you should call the shop and ask them
what's up and why they're disabling items.
