Convertering a wma file to a wave file

HI all
Downloaded a converter from microsoft to convert a wma
file to a wave file throught the dos prompt, but am
having trouble.

Could anyone offer some advice?

program can be downloaded from download site called "
Conver lossless wma file to pcm wav file".
