I cannot open windows. I receive a messege that a problem
has been detected and windows has been shut down to
prevent damage. It suggest various things to do but none
work. It still comes back to the same message. The last
suggestion was to use safe mode but when you select safe
mode it also brings you back to the same message. What can
I do about this problem? I am running XP.
