Printing Dialog Box

I have an HP DJ932C. When I use 2-sided printing, it will print out the one
side for all the pages, then give a dialog box with instuctions on how to
re-insert the pages to print out the other side. When I have XP's Fast User
Switching running, the
dialog box for Two Sided Printing Instructions will appear for whichever
user logged in first. Is there a way to have this dialog box appear for
the user who initiated the printing? HP Support said this has something to
do with setting the user rights for the printer, but I'm not sure what I need
to do. Any ideas would be appreciated.
