Diacritical marks

Since upgrading to Windows XP I cannot use the keyboard
to get foreign language diacritical marks. Also, in
Works I can't print from the tool bar, can't copy and
paste from one program to another. Within the Word
section I can't copy or paste either. This is a bummer
of a program at the moment!
