I have Messenger 7.0.0816 on XP Pro SP1 and I'm having difficulty
receiving messages from other people. The problem is that they send me
a message and it there's a massive delay (about 2 or 3 minutes) then 3
or 4 of their messages come through at once.
When I send messages they seem to get them straight away. I've applied
the WinXPFix patch that has been mentioned before, I've also enabled
Upnp on our router, but it still stays the same.
When I go into Connection options it says "you are connected to the
Internet through a cascaded UPnP symmetric NAT" so that seems right.
Can anyone think what the problem might be ?
