Restarting

So when it says "please restart your computer", i cant
just log out?

You could, but it wants you to restart (usually) because it wants to replace
files that are in use when the Windows GUI (Graphical User Interface) is
active.. It does this before Windows is fully loaded. So just logging out
doesn't complete the process.
