Help!! Graphic artist and photographer having major
conflict with machine and software.
Microsoft XP Professional installed on machine and V7 of
Adobe Photoshop. Photoshop seems to conflict with the
system and hangs machine. Not consistant when happens,
could be doing anything. Interuption avenues do not work.
Need to resort to using power button on machine.
Reinstalling in safe mode not worked. New drivers for
periferals not worked. Next step is installing or dividing
hd to create a scratch disk. Last resort is to reinstal XP
then Photoshop. Try to recreate the problem and then
introduce other software gradually.
Adobe are actually aware the problem exists and the above
mentioned avenues are actually their suggestions. Will be
opening a directline of communication with them very soon
to aid with problem.
Every heard of this problem and any suggestions to fix.
Settings anything!! Nearly at wits end.
