user accounts

I am new to xp and have set up user accounts for the
members of my family. One of the members cannot play
games that use shockwave. All other members can. The
program says it must be downloaded, then restart computer
to use. We restart, but nothing happens. Why can all
other accounts use shockwave and one cant. Thank you for
your help.

Sometimes if a user does not have admin rights on a system, programs can act
a little funny

It still shows as an empty drive :)
