need help bad

when i go in to my microsoft task launcher, every thing
on the menue works except cards and crafts, it won't let
you do any thing once you get in to it, it keeps
requesting a virus scan which i have done on the program
and my whole computer nothing found. what to do? please

Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall the cards and crafts
program. Restart your computer and the
reinstall the program.
