Running Windows XP and had Windows update set
on "automatic". The subject update was loaded and
immediately reduced my connect speed from 53.2 Kbps down
to 26.2 Kbps. I rolled back my modem driver to the
previous driver and connect speed immediately went back to
the 53.2 Kbps. Obviously there is something wrong with
this Windows Update release. Any feedback or comments ???
