Help with SHSTAT.EXE

Everytime I bootup I get SHSTAT.EXE has errored do you
want to send an error report to Mircosoft?. I look at
the help and get no help has anyone see this before???

Charles,

You have a problem with your McAfee software either Netshield or VirusScan,
since I don't use the product(s) my advice is visit;
http://www.mcafee.com/support/default.asp and look for a solution there.
