SP2 No Disk Error

Hi all,

I have only just upgraded to Windows XP SP2 update, my computer was running
well before but now when I start up the computer I got this error (picture):

Could anyone explain why this has just started happening and how I might
stop it? Sometimes if I press the buttons the error comes up more than once.
