gettin so slow. chkdsk is not on my list of scheduled
tasks, either...how do i make it stop?!?.....someone,

Go to Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter. Then type in:
chkntfs /x c: , and hit enter. Reboot your computer.

ive tried this, but it doesn't help the situation at
all...it still won't let me defrag, and it runs chkdsk at
each start up.
