Win 2K pc can access win xp pc, but win xp pc can't even see win 2k server, or pro pc's

Hello all
I have 5 win 2k pro pc's 1 win 2k server using NetBIOS for local LAN, and
tcp/ip for internet.

my win 2k pro pc's can see, and access my win 2k server, each other, and the
new win xp pro pc.
he win xp pro pc can't access, or see any pc.
Any ideas why?

Have you added the User Account on the XP PC to be User Accounts on the
2000/2000 Server PCs?
