Slow boot XP Pro

I'm getting increasingly long boot times. Most of the
time is spent on the "Welcome" screen. All other
functions are normal. I would appreciate any help.

Go to the microsoft website and search for BootVis. download and run it,
making sure that you have read the instructions.
