After buying my new XP machine, I saw the globe icon in
the taskbar that identified available XP updates. I
click on the icon, download the 12 updates, but every
time I try to install them I get a "Failed To Install"
message listing all 12 files. I have tried repeatedly to
download/install the updates (almost daily) with the same
result.
Are the updates being blocked from installation ? I do
not have any antivirus software installed on my machine.
