My system began to slow down and lock up. I noticed that
my CPU is running @ 100% ALL THE TIME! I don't know what
that means 'cause I have never heard of or have seen this
before. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Viewing Task Manager does not reveal anything in my case.
If I was able to find something in Task Manager, I would
not even have posted help here.
