View Full Version : Trying to Love IBM support for sp2

I am still trying to love IBM.
I have a problem with sp2, so I found my way to the support page for sp2 at
Microsoft. Honest to god, it offers a phone number to call for unlimited
support. The problem is that if you try to talk to someone he advises that
he is not technical and there is no direct line to Support. The other
choices lead back to the page
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=6794
where you came from. The only option available there is email with someone
far far away who answers once per day or every other day.
Has anyone found any other way?

John, Sorry, but I can't help you with your issue. I was just wondering, how
is IBM involved in support for SP2?
