Hi Cristina,

Start/settings/Taskbar and Start Menu, uncheck the autohide option.

Thanks, Rick. However, the "autohide" option is showing
uncheck already. The taskbar and start menu are still
unavailable.

Hi Cristina,

Do they appear when you approach the edge with the mouse cursor?

If not, try a System Restore.

Hi, Rick

They do not appear when I put the mouse cursor on the
edge. But I did the System Restore, it works!!!

Thanks a bunch. You're an ANGEL!

Have a good evening,
Cristina
