Hi,
The link you select is the windows update site, it is
only used for your PC for direct update.
Download the Network Installation from below:
(be sure to select the correct language)
Also select "Windows XP Professional and Home Edition"
Do NOT select 64 bit as your version is 32 bit.

cks/sp1/
Save it to a specific folder and burn it for your friend.
