To disable files that runs automatically,
Start and Click run, type "msconfig" without the quotes
and click ok. Click the Startup tab to see a list of
files that runs automatically. You may also disable other
programs at your own risk by clicking and unchecking
Programs from the Services tab. Also, if your
Administrative Tools is visible in your Start Menu or
Programs Files, you can select Service to see what runs
automatically and let them be started manually or disable
them.
To see Administrative Tools,
Right click start and select Property.
Click the Start Menu tab and select the Customize...
button. Click the Advance tab and scroll until you see
Systems Administrative Tools. Take it from there...
