Is it possible to change my producy key ?

Yes.
The exact procedure is determined by exactly what type of key was used
to install Windows XP and the same for the new key.
Windows XP Home or Pro.
Retail, OEM or Volume License (often mistakenly called Corporate)

It is Windows XP PRo 2002. I got it at a computer show in
may of 2002. It is either Retail or OEM. Does this help?

Does it fit this:

If so it is a pirated Windows XP Volume License and you need the
second option below.
If it is OEM, this probably will not work.
Buy retail Pro and try this with the Product Key:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3ben-us%3b321636
If that doesn't work, the computer most likely has a Volume license
key and you need to perform a Repair installation:
