Last night I shut my pc down for the evening. When I
went to restart it, the blue screen with the windows xp
logo shows at the top right corner of the screen. You
can see the mouse pointer and even move it around, but it
will not go past this point. I've powered down several
times and tried to restart several times with the same
stalled results. I'm writing to you via my pc at work
using my hotmail address for correspondence. Please
reply and let me know how to get back up and running.
I'm operating on xp home and it has been running ok 'till
now. (I recently installed xp office-a few days back,but
everything seemed to be operating fine except for my
cdrwr quit working in the read/write mode.
