screen resolution self changing

Do you have Quickbooks running on that account? If so,
exit Quickbooks,right click Quickbooks icon on
desktop,choose properties,click compatibility tab and
then clear the run in 640 X 480 screen resolution check
box, click OK,close and exit any open programs and reboot
computer....Good luck.
