I need some help with the font size.

After buying a 17'' TFT display, I had to change the resolution to
1280x1024. Unfortunately all the objects on my screen became very small. I
did this:

1. From Display->Appearance, changed Font Size to large
2. I have used the Display->Settings->Advanced...->General to adjust the DPI
to 120

This fixed almost all of the fonts, but unfortunately four types of objects
are still very small and almost unreadable

1. All the text in the dialog boxes, for ecample when I open the keyboard
settings from the Control Panel, I can hardly read the letters.
2. All the text in the "Common tasks" pane that appears in Windows Explorer,
beside the files list
3. The font in some of the controls (like buttons, tabs, etc.)
4. The small icons are still 16 pixels in size. I have changed the icon size
from 32 to more, but this has not altered them :-(

As I can not set the rsolution of the monitor to less than 1280x1024 (It's a
TFT). is there some way to change the font in this items?
If you can tell me a way to change any of the above 4 items it will be very
much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Atanas Tzvetanov

No, this does not fix the problem. The settings from the Appearance tab do
not alter the size of small icons or dialog box fonts. They are still the
same and won't move.

Maybe there is some tweak utility, or maybe I can change the system font
with something else? Has anyone experienced this before?
