Resolution assistant

I've been running XP Pro for over a year with no problems.

Now the Resolution assistant is taking up to 3 minutes to
resolve. I have added no software, have 66% disc space
available. Only changes ever made are cookie and temp.
internet files removal and defrag.

Any ides? Thanks.

The resolution assistant isn't part of XP, it's a Dell program. You might
want to ask them.
