Windows XP Upgrade

I have received an automatic Windows XP upgrade
labeled "Microsoft Modem Driver Released on April 18,
2003". There is no upgrade number and no text about the
upgrade. I wanted to be sure that it is a valid upgrade
before downloading it and applying to my machine.

Where did you receive it from?
Hardware drivers are bet gotten directly from the manufacturer.
