View Full Version : HP Officejet d135 error message "replace color cart" already done

HP officejet d135 displayed error message to "replace color cartridge" which
I did, and replaced the Black cartridge as well. It does not seem to
recognize that this happened. I have tried restarting, unplugging manually
from outlet and restarting computer... Anyone familiar with this problem?

Did you use HP brandname cartridges? Some generic cartridges are not
recognized by HP printers.
