System Restore not working

I went to system restore to go back to a restore point.
Now I get:

"rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll"

How do I get the restore point to work again?
